"Delivery Service Issues"
Regal Whiskey's products were fantastic, but DHL? Not so much. They dropped it off at the wrong address (a different street) and even said I signed for it when I was at my job. Turns out they just plopped it on the porch and took off!

"Top-Notch Regal Whisky"
I made my purchase from Regal Whisky (the price was fair given how hard it is to find this stuff) on Christmas day. It got shipped on the 27th and showed up bright and early on the 29th of December. Even with those Royal Mail strikes, the service was top-notch. My order came well packaged and in perfect shape, so I can surely give it a thumbs up.
